Both are good choices for a professional repair shop, and the point is that if you need such functions of Autel Ultra, particularly the 5-in-1 VCMI and topology mapping because they are a major difference that you invest your money in. If so, Ultra is a good tool for you; if not, maybe you can consider Elite II, and for the next about 2,000USD, you can consider an IM508 with XP400Pro or an Autel IM608 to work together.
