Can I Do KVM OTP RFA K8D2 AKL by Opening Lonsdor JLR License?

Question:
Do I need to open Lonsdor JLR license to do kvm OTP RFA K8D2? What if my lonsdor isn’t in my current subscription? Do I need anything else?
Can I use it on 2021 jaguar and Landrover group?

For 2015-2021 Jaguar Land Rover HPLA JPLA K8D2 version KVM all keys lost under alarm active via OBD, you need to use K518+ Lonsdor special smart key and JLR license+ Lonsdor JLR Connector.
