Problem:
I changed my computer, so I reinstall pcmtuner software on another laptop. I download everything again. But when I entered my Data, it said ‘User Already Exists!!’ and wouldn't let me log in... Does anybody know anything?

The same thing happened. I contacted tech support to explain my problem and they then deactivated my old account, so I could reinstall with the same email.

Pcmtuner software and hardware is licensed per PC. You would need to reinstall with different email, then contact our customer service again and explain situation to get license reactivated for new pc.
