Tutorial on Condor XC- Mini Plus II Cut Audi A6 HU66 Key with Xhorse Key Reader.
All devices required:
Xhorse Condor XC Mini Plus II
M5 clamp
2.5mm milling cutter
1.0mm tracer probe
Xhorse Key Reader
Original key
Blank key
Cylinder
Operation guide:
Step 1. Install M5 clamp, milling cutter, and probe
Turn on the Key Reader and power on the XC Mini Plus 2
Install the M5 clamp and lock it on the key cutting machine
Install the 2.5mm diameter milling cutter first, and then install XCMN08EN 1.0mm Tracer Probe
Push the cutter to the top and tighten the screw
Load probe and push to top and lock
Step 2. Connect XC Mini Plus II and Key Reader via Bluetooth
Enter Settings function on the main menu of Mini Condor
Select system settings>> Connect optical device
Turn on Bluetooth to connect with Xhorse Key Reader
Connected successfully
Step 3. Identify the original key bitting
Back to the main menu
Enter Automotive function
Select Europe>> Audi>> A6>> HU66 (M5-B clamp)>> Advanced cutting>> Optical Identification>> Identification
- Put the original key into the key reader according to the figure on the screen
- Click ‘Identification’ to start identifying key bitting information and wait for the result
Read the key bitting successfully
Step 4. Cut new key
Put a new key blank on the clamp
Click ‘Start cutting’ on the Identify Result interface
Then click ‘Start cutting’ on the Advanced cutting interface
Click ‘Cut’ to perform the key cutting function
The key cutting is complete. Remove the key and clamp it on the other side
Continue cutting until the process is done
After cutting, remove the key and insert it into the cylinder to test
The key is cut perfectly, the same as the original one.
