Update method:
CGDI K2 offers 6 months of free online updates. Simply connect the device and run the update through the built-in software interface.
Important Notes:
- The device does not include an original ID48 chip
- Use a compatible aftermarket ID48 chipthat supports ID modification
- The ID48 copy feature is free for 6 months
- Pricing details after the trial period will be announced later
Step-by-step guide to copy ID48 96-bit transponders:
Select “Chip Identification Copy” function
Select “Chip Identification” or “Automatic Identification”
Put the original chip or key into the induction coil of the CGDI K2 key tool for identification.
Identify chip information successfully. It’s id48 chip. Locked and can be cloned.
Hit “Decoded Copy” button
Select “48 (96 bits) online calculation”
Query calculation
Put the original key into the induction coil of CGDI K2 and start verifying it
Remove the original car key and insert the aftermarket 48 chip (modifiable ID), wait a while until the copying process is completed.
